What is your payment process?

Our payment process involves an initial deposit of 50% upfront, and the remaining 50% is paid when the buying document is accepted. This ensures that our work is compensated, and you are satisfied with the final output.

Will a paint plan be included in the furniture design package?

No, a paint plan is not included in the furniture design package. However, we do offer an option to add on design details such as  paint options, accent walls, built-ins or wall covering at an extra cost of $500.

What will you need from me in order to complete the design?

To complete the design, we will require you to fill out an intake design form and provide an organized Pinterest album of your inspiration. This information will help us understand your preferences and create a design that meets your expectations.

During the design process, how involved should I expect to be?

We prefer clients to trust us for our style and expertise, but the more details you provide upfront, the better the design outcome. We will provide you with two opportunities to revise the plans to make sure are heading in the right direction.

Do your services include ongoing questions that come up during construction?

After you accept the designs, we offer one follow-up conversation with the client or contractor, included in the price. Any additional questions or consultations beyond this will be charged hourly at a rate of $150 per hour.

What happens if I wait too long to order the products, and they become unavailable?

If you wait too long to order products and they become unavailable, you have two options. You can either source a similar product on your own, or we can help you ressource at an hourly rate of $150 per hour.
